Why aren't you enforcing your own rules on SHO, or naked shorting? Once again you bureaucrats let the big guys run a muck, while the little individual investor gets "shorted". Enforce Rule SHO and look for other "privileges" these Wall Street Wizzards that brought us subprime lending are doing.
