I am a bona fide shareholder in a pink sheet company. I am APPALLED by your actions/inactions in PROTECTING the investor. You should be ashamed of yourselves and the "job" you are doing. You are supposed to PROTECT shareholders like myself. You are supposed to protect small business owners from the thieves and swindlers who are DESTROYING OUR WAY OF LIFE If I were a school teacher and you were my student, your grade would be a - zzz. How do you sleep at night? Are you PROUD of the job you do? I don't know how you could be because I know I certainly couldn't live with myself if I were in your shoes.
How much longer are you going to let Naked Short Selling and Fails To Deliver go on? How many more "Comment Periods" must we endure BEFORE YOU DO YOUR JOB? GET TO WORK CLEAN UP THE MARKETS MAKE OUR MARKETPLACE A FAIR AND EQUITABLE PLACE TO TRADE That is your job and that is what your were sworn to do. Eliminate Regulation SHOs options market maker exception once and for all.
