Dear Sir
I not doubt would be classed as a small time foreign investor in your terms however I believe that anyone investing in your country should and would be disgusted that Naked short selling is allowed in any form whatsoever.
I always had viewed the USA system to be honest and transparent until I educated myself more on the abhorant methods of manipulation by naked short sellers.
For the sake of your reputation as an honest system please act on this and all other submissions
