Hello, I appreciate the opportunity to weigh in as a household investor. Transparency is critical and severely lacking in the correct market plumbing. Wholesalers and dark pools have become the black stain of inequality in the investing world, and the playing fields have never more unequal. This would be one of many necessary stepping stones to correct the disparity and enhance real price discovery. I hope the SEC continues its efforts to hold institutional investors more accountable by requiring them to report more. Thank you, Tyler
