Rule 6b-1 is just another of those rules that I’m happy to see finally proposed, but I am disappointed it took this long for it to be proposed. Simply put, it promotes competitive and fairer markets for everyone and that’s what we need. I am in favor of implement rule 6b-1 as well as making these disclosures publicly posted. There should not be a “wholesale style discount” on shares in the stock market. Fair value should be paid at all times.
