Before doing this, why dont you fix MMTLP? SEC has lost ALL credibility, and its time to restore that before making dubious changes such as whats proposed. MMTLP is a GLARING issue of fraud already front and center that Gensler has been publicly questioned on and has refused to act upon for over a YEAR while people suffer with their money frozen in limbo due to SEC inaction. PROTECT INVESTORS FIRST! People have lost homes, businesses, even their lives waiting for SEC to fix this. Its not just a breach of duty, its abhorrent to the core. Gensler - you KNOW this is happening, how can you allow it??
