To whom it may concern at the SEC, I am writing to show my support for rule S7-18-23 in favor of eliminating advantages for large volume exchanges in stock prices. To have a truly open and fair market, it is essential that the market be equal for all. I am just on person, so I recognize that I may never have an advantage over larger bodies within the market. However, that does not entitle said bodies to have unfair prices over other market participants in the form of discounts for large volume purchases.
