Hello SEC Thanks for looking into all these recent stock market changes. I believe S7-18-23 is a step in the right direction to make market trading more fair for small players. It doesn't help for transparency or competition with volume-based transaction pricing. Another issue is trust in the system which lately has suffered a lot due to all the shenanigans surrounding "meme" stocks and exceptions for big players. Removing exceptions makes the market easier to understand and feel less stacked against the small players. Best regards Esben
