February 24, 2023 As an household investor, sometimes I question my investments because I don't have access to the same data that is available for big institutional investors. Also, I think it would be very important for the SEC and self-regulatory organizations to access to this data, in order to increase the efficiency of the market and make sure there is no shady thing occurring, which could lead to a terrible stock market crash or just destabilize the proper function of the stock market. I strongly support this rule, I think its enactment should not bother anyone since its meant to provide more transparency for everyone.
