Re: Release No. 34-93613 File No. S7-18-21 Proposed Rule: Reporting of Securities
Loans

Ms. Countryman,

I write to you today to show my support for the 10c-1 proposal.

There is hardly any transparency in the markets currently and as such I am greatly for increasing transaction by transaction reporting.

I fully support the 15 minute reporting requirement and believe any cost and effort to provide such is necessary/mandatory, this will help to avoid fraud and preventing certain \"bad actors\" from committing securities fraud.

Blue collar working folks are currently being victimized 24/7, hopefully by developing and implementing a robust regulatory framework that keeps pace with evolving markets you can better protect us.

Short selling harms price discovery and harms true competition, it is disgusting it is allowed that a short hedge fund controls the price of stocks, and can hammer the price of said stock down if it fits their funds plan.
Retail investors should not be getting run over by Hedge funds looking for larger returns. Secret short selling hurts individual investors in the name of greater profits for hedge funds.

Retail investors need to be able to see all sides of the trade, if they could see which companies are being targeted by these funds they could prevent being manipulated from abusive short selling practices.

Increased reporting and more transparency will cause more investors to invest in Wall street.

Also, it is incredibly dangerous to allow these Hedge Funds and family offices to operate with such a huge lack of oversight. As we have seen in the last year securities lending and swaps can end up hiding gigantic positions that can wipe out and destabilize on a massive scale.

Please approve this rule as soon as possible, as it will help to get our markets in a more fair place.

Thank you for your time.
