To Whom it May Concern: I am writing in strong support of Rule 10c-1, “Reporting of Securities Loans”. Transparency in our markets is something that could be vastly improved on. Rules such as this one will allow retail investors to make better judgement in regards to financial decisions. After all, institutions and market makers have all of this data already available to them. Why not even the playing field and allow everyone to see the same things? How can a market be fair if one side is at a clear, systemic disadvantage? How can a market be fair if certain data has to be hidden in the first place? Obviously, it can’t be, so approving and enforcing this rule would be a monumental step for this market going forward. As of this moment, there is a growing community of young investors who see the blatant disregard for integrity in this market. Do we really want the next generation to have zero faith in this market? You can’t have a market with no customers. Please do the right thing, as opposed to just doing what you get paid under the table for. Be on the right side of history. Sincerely, A Very Concerned Investor
