Dear Secretary Countryman, I am writing in strong support of rule 10c-1, “Reporting of Securities Loans”. I am in support of any legislation that brings further transparency to our financial markets. It is clear that certain investment vehicles are being abused due to the lack of reporting and I hope this ruling is a big first step towards achieving greater transparency. Sincerely, Simon
