October 30, 2022 I supoort this ruling, and I think it is important that we require increased reporting on all securities loans. If reporting isn't performed, then institutional investors can take advantage of the lack of transparency, and will ruin the market for retail investors like myself. I also want to make sure that the firms in which I invest my money with are acting in good faith and are investing my funds as they say they are. This ruling will allow us to verify that our brokers and investment funds are telling the truth to us.
