October 30, 2022 I want securities lending to be reported every 15 minutes or just be completely abolished, because lending securities does not create a free and fair market. It enables greed and abuse by big players against retail investors, outright stealing from them without the person even knowing that it is happening. It creates an exploitative hole in the market structure and shows that people do not actually own their shares in the company that they have bought from. It also does not reflect correctly in a stock's price as lending allows big players to just sell and short attack the stock preventing price discovery and only creates a false image of actual value. This is outright wrong in a \"free and fair\" market, where big players can just manipulate to their likings.
