In a fair market, data must be made public. An insider in a company cannot trade on inside information. A massive company that holds a position of tremendous power, that is able to use massive amounts of money to manipulate stocks without disclosing their trades and swaps is akin to insider trading. How could retail possibly compete fairly? Sincerely, Richard Kershaw A Concerned Investor
