Short selling activity, including gross and net borrowed share volume, should be reported on a daily basis for all parties - including hedge funds, ETFs, and private offices.

Transparency is fundamental to a fair and orderly market, and this includes any activity related to publicly traded securities: reporting activity for long volume, short volume, bid, ask, shares outstanding, share sold short, borrowed volume, and short positions.

For any of this data to be meaningful, ALL of the data needs to be reported.
