October 31, 2022 As a retail investor, I feel like the comment period should not only be longer for people to give their opinions, but also that the comment period should be better addressed within the public information availability. This ability to comment on rules and regulations should be knowledge that every investor in the stock exchange should be given in their 401k, Roth IRA, traditional IRA, and personal accounts. With this information being suppressed, it is unfair for the retail investor to express their opinion on the overall stock market quality and the actions that occur throughout. Please allow for a longer window of time for people to make comments and inform them more about the decisions that are being made within our governmental bodies. Thank you for your time.
