October 31, 2022 Real time reporting of securities lending is a necessary and important step forward in making our markets a free and open exchange. With the technology we have today, there is no reason this data should not be available every 15 minutes like this rule proposes. The current method of reporting is far too slow for individual investors to gather an adequate understanding of what is happening with their shares and the companies they own. I am in full support of this rule being passed.
