Dear Secretary Countryman: I am writing in strong support of rule 10c-1, “Reporting of Securities Loans”. As an investor, it is ridiculous that the CFTC is trying to hide their data until 2025. They have been doing this since 2013. That is unfair to investors. We have the right to know. This is suppose to be a free and fair market. Hiding data shows that there are certain people who have advantages over retail investors. Please hear our voices! Sincerely, A Concerned Investor
