Dear SEC, I support rule S7-18-21 in total. The lack of transparency behind financial transactions is problematic for the markets, especially given that the technology exists to easily document all transactions and report them immediately. The opaqueness of the markets allow for market manipulation which harms the retail investor, damages confidence in the markets, which by extension weakens the US dollar. To protect our country, our economy, and the money in our markets please enact reporting measures to the fullest extent, with reporting periods as prompt as possible. Sincerely, Brian
