I Approve of the passing of proposed rule S7-18-21. I feel this would bring much needed transparency into the borrowing and lending agreements between short sellers, market makers, etc. Currently there appears to be very little (any) visibility into the nature of many of these types of transactions. I believe more transparency will lend itself to a more free and stable fair market system.
