October 13, 2022 There should be more transparency as to when retail's shares are being loaned out also, instutions should be reporting their loaned shares on a daily basis. often, institutions have loaned shares, and sell positions without recalling the loaned shares. then they buy back and never close out the loans. there is evidence of this all over
