October 12, 2022 I believe this market should be fair and balance and at no time an Institution shouldnt be able to re-create swaps of any stock or security to hide there bad positions on stocks or securities to manipulate price and true supplying and depend on the open market. Institution shouldnt be allow to have dark pools to hide true price and true depend or supply. By using a dark pool and payment for order flow theres is the true reasoning why institutions and hedge funds manipulate the markets and dont have true price discovery to buy or sell a stock. You cant allow big banks and institutions and hedge fund to pay a fine as doing business. Start letting the money go to the people or who hold that stocks or securities to release the rewards of that fine and admitting guilty of the crime or violation of that rule or the fine can increase if violent again.
