October 11, 2022 I am a firm believer in transparency. As such, I believe that this proposed rule would greatly benefit all those involved instead of a select few \"in the know\". This rule, if passed could start the groundwork of trust with the SEC and others who take part in the greater market(s). This type of transparency could also make it much harder for \"bad actors\" to utilize the unknown info as a FUD tactic (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt). Thank you for your time.
