Re: Reporting of Securities Loans (File No. S7-18-21)

Dear Secretary Countryman:

I am writing in strong support of rule 10c-1, Reporting of Securities Loans.

As an investor in this free and fair market, I am already handicapped when my investments are countered by high speed algorithms and insider tradings that happen in the shadows of these giant companies such as Citadel. Who is not only a market maker but also a hedge fund, which to me is already a conflict of interest. So it is no surprise that they also want to hide the constant reporting of any positions they take on to further their advantage of the little person retail. I hope that this will be taken as serious as it should be, and be seen, above any monetary gain, as important as it should be by those who are there to protect retail investors, and I dont mean those that the SEC work for but the little person every day Joe retail investor. We need the protection, as companies like Citadel have enough of that and they dont need a bigger shadow to work with, to pull the rug from us retail and pull the hood over your heads. Thank you for your time and please think and protect us, bec
ause we need your power to work for us, and show it

Sincerely,
A Concerned Investor
