October 8, 2022 Dear Secretary Countryman: I am writing in strong support of rule 10c-1, Reporting of Securities Loans. For too long retail investors have been kept in the dark, trading without accurate information. It is time that the playing field becomes more balanced and the SEC does their job to protect average citizens instead of the interests of the ultra rich. This rule seem as tho it will shine a light on some of the shady activity that goes on behind closed doors, and will offer the SEC valuable information to be used to enforce their own rules of trading.
