As a retail investor current market rules incentivize naked short selling AKA stealing. Reporting changes would make markets more fair and aid in price discovery and greater opportunities for all strategic investors willing to do their own research and discover for themselves amazing investment opportunities. To not make changes to the current rules would only hurt the little guy and keep a system based on stealing that the hedge funds abuse.
