October 8, 2022 Dear Secretary Countryman: I am writing in strong support of rule 10c-1, Reporting of Securities Loans. I feel this would be a great step forward in providing some transparency in the market. I have almost lost complete faith that there is true price discovery with abuse shorting and use of dark pool.
