October 8, 2022 Greetings, This is a critical juncture in our markets and as a retail Investor I am in full support if this proposal. I believe it is a step in the right direction towards shining a light on one of the most unregulated OTC non cleared sections of the market. Securities lending has many significant systematic market issues that NEED to be addressed. Giving this basic level of transparency will better prepare markets and investors. This is a great first step.
