I wish to voice my strong support for the proposal.

The US stock market is commonly regarded as a bastion of capitalism and free and fair trade. The ideals of transparency and accuracy must be actioned to ensure the US equity markets serve to provide a level playing field for all participants, but especially individual investors from working families.

Timely and individual reporting of security loans as proposed here will greatly increase the transparency of the market, thus increasing respect for rule of law by market participants.

As someone who has chosen to invest within the US market from overseas, I feel it is vitally important the SEC maintains it's reputation for protecting individual investors. This rule is one that would accomplish that goal.

Security lending that contributes to predatory behavior must be stamped out, so that average working families around to globe can invest confidence.

Thank you for the opportunity to comment, and I urge you to enact this proposed rule.
