October 8, 2022 I am submitting my comments on this proposed rule. I fully support transaction-by-transaction reporting. We need better transparency in the markets. The day to day, in your face theft that happens in the dark pools needs to stop. Predatory short selling needs to stop. You need to protect retail investors, the little guys who work and save every penny for the retirement so that one day, maybe, just maybe they can have a dignified retirement without being a burden on their loved ones. Today, the lack of transparent and rules set forward allow the money makers, hedge funds to abuse the system by not accurately reporting their transactions. This has got to stop.
