Please force ALL investors to follow the rules regardless of the investment outcome. This change is meant to benefit one party of investors over the other in an unfair manner.
For too long smart money has been allowed to deviate from the rules worse are now trying to change the rules after they made bad investments.
This proposal will hurt retail investors by allowing bad investors to continue investing in a manner that hurts the entire market adds an unneeded mechanism to further erode the financial stability of the entire market. GME has been the target of a calculated attack in the following but not limited manners: shorts have been allowed to hide positions, create fake shares, Failed to deliver shares, spoofing, bang the close, manipulated a dividend in the form of a 4-1 split dividend as a simple stock split etc.
As an individual investor I would like the SEC to protect retail please
