It is imperative that investors have faith and trust in American markets around the globe. The system as it currently exists allows for significant delays in reporting and therefore room for speculation from investors that bad actors are behaving in ways unacceptable in free and fair markets. I trust the SEC will name a decision to pass this law in support of all investors, not just the ones who pay you all to speak at conferences.
