October 8, 2022 Dear Secretary Countryman: I am writing in strong support of rule 10c-1, Reporting of Securities Loans. Abusive short selling has been rampant in the US markets more than anywhere in the world. Trillions have been siphoned from the US economy into the hands of the few. These people are morally and ethically bankrupt, and will not stop until forced to do so. Please be proactive and take impactful action to save the retail investor. Sincerely, A Concerned Investor
