Dear Secretary Countryman:
I am writing in strong support of rule 10c-1, Reporting of Securities Loans.
The current regulations allow for an unbalanced market. A market that is vulnerable to opportunistic organizations that are in the interest of maximizing profits regardless of the destruction they cause in the American market. Strong regulations should enacted on organizations that take advantage.
