As an international investor who is quickly losing faith in American markets, I am in strong support of this proposal.
I see no issues with increased transparency, something that as a retail investor, it feels like there has been far too little of.
Im not against short selling by any means, but I believe it has become predatory in nature and like many good things on Wall Street, abused beyond the point of its original purpose.
This rule seems to bring about more balance to the market, and a more level playing field for ALL investors
