October 8, 2022 I support the this rule in it's current form. Transparency is one of the major tenets of a healthy and functioning market. Without transparency, the market isn't self regulating or efficient. I fear the power and money that is attempting to twist the rules to tilt the market in favor of those who are hidden and large. Please help the small retail investor by making the rules work for everyone. If the market is fair, there is no hidden advantage toward anyone and everyone can be treated fairly without fear.
