October 8, 2022 Appreciate the opportunity to comment on the commissions proposal. Since the commission has decided not to implement any proposals to limit PFOF. The retail investor in NOT on an even playing field, not even remotely close. We cannot get up to date information regarding health of companies we invest in or what side is leveraging against companies such as Citadel I cannot compete against Citadel and i wouldnt if i had adequate information. On the other hand Citadel has bought and paid for my trades through PFOF they already have the info they need to front run retail trades. there is no reason not to implement or disclose the information.
