Short sellers are not investors and only seek to hurt working class family's investments by hiding those short sales in aggregate reporting.
Stricter rules on transaction reporting and transparency is necessary to combat fraud and reduce the number of Failure To Deliver short sales or at the very least, hold the institutions that participate in this predatory practice accountable.
