 Dear Secretary Countryman:

I am writing in strong support of rule 10c-1, Reporting of Securities Loans.

United States have presented a unique situation where the American trust in government is at an extremely low point. Through diligent observation by the public, there is an obvious disconnect between the speed at which information is able to travel with the amount that is being disclosed within the financial environment. Equities no longer need to travel by horse carriage, so the delay in the loan reporting could be taken advantage by nefarious actors.

I am personally concerned with the degradation of the American middle class who supports the health of the US GDP- especially with what seems to be a blatant misguidance of the financial data. I have the utmost hope for the lawmakers to put the country onto a path where transparency and honesty is at the forefront of our policymaking.

Sincerely,

A Concerned Investor
