Dear Secretary Countryman:
I am writing in strong support of rule 10c-1, Reporting of Securities Loans.
The corruptions run free and short sellers are doing whatever they want while stealing money from private investors.
The ignorance of the SEC and government and their refusal and absence of actions is a crime on its own and makes me wonder if the SEC is in fact supporting those crimes and short sellers, and are in fact corrupted and bribed.
I would suggest immediate action against the SEC and the Short Sellers.
This will end badly otherwise in my opinion.
