October 8, 2022 To Whom it May Concern, I am writing in strong support of rule 10c-1, Reporting of Securities Loans. I do not believe that you \"lost\" the previous comments, but in case you lose this once more, I will repeat. I am writing in strong support of rule 10c-1, Reporting of Securities Loans. I do not have the time, nor the patience to explain to the regulating body why it should regulate more efficiently, or indeed at all, the wealthy, corrupt individuals who have such an intense interest in this rule change proposal not going forth and becoming a reality. In short, I WANT YOU TO DO YOUR JOB AND PROTECT RETAIL INVESTORS RATHER THAN DISPARAGE AND CONDESCEND TO THEM VIA CRINGEY COMMERCIAL PSA'S. Regards, D
