The sold but still not purchased securities reporting from banks and hedge funds are at all time high and vague. We need a clear sense where the markets are and headed to and transparency will make sure they never over leverage and stay in a healthy position. The economic world is always at an arms length, the US economy needs to set an example. Removing uncertainty in our markets starts with transparency.
