Dear sir, ma'am
I am writing today to Express my opinion that the market needs more transparency. If inacted, this rule would shed more more light on what is going on behind closed doors.
Banks have already cost taxpayers billions of dollars because of darkroom practices. This rule may help prevent that sort of event in our future.
I also believe it will greatly prevent some of the largest hedge funds from making shady moves that put good companies into bankruptcy. This rule may also keep those hedge funds from going belly up and costing the tax payers billions.
Please dont feed in to the hedge funds hype about cost or hurting retail. They are only worried about keeping their business in the dark.
