October 8, 2022 Dear SEC, Thank you for allowing us to comment on this rule again after the unfortunate glitch. It's imperative that this rule is passed so that hard working retail investors will have access to better and more accurate up to date information. The fifteen minute reporting will literally be a Godsend. Retail, like myself does not posses algorithms, super computers or employ the best brightest minds like certain entities do, that have access to all kinds of information that Retail does not. This rule help level the playing field. It will also help hinder perhaps stop some illegal activities hedge funds do as what's going on will have more transparency. Please stand with the American people. Please stand with Retail traders from all over the world.
