With the advent of existing knowledge of illegal practices by the financial institutions, I do not believe loaned shares is enough of a step - despite it being a great one.
I humbly request you to expand the scope of this rule and provide retail full visibility on raw CNS data. Retail currently only gets net of CNS and only for FTDs.
