I am in support of this new proposed rule to be implemented. I would like to keep this short and to the point. As a retail investor, I would like to be treated with the upmost respect and protected as one as well. I am tired of playing poker where certain individuals don't have to show their hand while my cards are on the table fully exposed. This analogy that I just used applies to so many other issues that are in existence of today's market. Complete and current transparency is the only method of a fair market. If not implemented, I might as well go to a casino and bet my money, in which I extremely oppose to do with my money. I want to invest my money with knowledge. Please give me that knowledge. Thank you.
