Dear Secretary Countryman:
I am writing in strong support of rule 10c-1, Reporting of Securities Loans.
I fully support the passing of this rule. I am an average retail investor, raised to believe that the stock market was fair and necessary in order to save and grow capitol for the future. It has been a rude awakening to learn about the plumbing of the market. It is rotten and completely rigged in Wall Street's favor.
Short sellers have been abusing their ability to short and not report. It's criminal. They sell things they don't own, and never do deliver. We deserve a level playing field for once. Please pass this rule.
