October 9, 2022 October 9th, 2022 Vanessa Countryman, Secretary Securities and Exchange Commission 100 F Street, NE Washington, DC 20549-0609 Re: Reporting of Securities Loans (File No. S7-18-21) Dear Secretary Countryman: I am writing in strong support of rule 10c-1, Reporting of Securities Loans. It is of my independent personal opinion and belief that the newfound transparency to result from this rule will enlighten you to the levels of corruption and financial risk, otherwise hidden without the utilization of rule 10c-1. Without proper transparency American families, financials, and livelihoods will be forever negatively altered by surprise. This is 2008 all over again except much worse Dont let the American people pay the price all over again because of the greed and never satisfied hunger of banks, hedge funds, and market makers. The Apes have arrived and we arent leaving. The solutions to the problems you are suppose to be monitoring, regulating, and hopefully one day solving will only dwindle. I hope you make the right decisions on behalf of all investors to create a truly free and fair market environment. Sincerely, A Concerned Investor
