October 9, 2022 i support the reporting of securities loans. i think it is very important to be transparent to the government and to the investors. To not report in a timely fashion leaves the door open to commit fraudulent acts. To not have requirements to give a report as described is unfair to many people who do not have the same opportunities as big institutions. Many retail investors are limited to the tools and the means to compete in this fast moving market. it is crucial to impose this rule which will help level the playing field making it more appealing to the public and also help minimize crime. we need more transparency, our government is here to protect their citizens on every level and this will help improve our system.
